\nThe Younger actress – who has Luca, 13, with ex-husband Mike Comrie, and Banks, seven, Mae, four, and 21-month-old Townes with spouse Matthew Koma – believes the drama between her and Lindsay stemmed from their overlapping relationships with the late Aaron Carter.<\/p>\n
\nShe said: \u201cThis is where all this stuff started. There was no social media to be like, who was dating who?<\/p>\n
\n\u201cYou just take people\u2019s word for it and then people get mad at you. I mean if you\u2019re, like, Lindsay Lohan or me, he’s, like, probably dating both of us, like, you know what I mean?”<\/p>\n
\nHilary first met Aaron – who she dated from 2001 to 2004 – at his birthday party with Amanda Bynes and the Olsen twins.<\/p>\n
\nShe recalled: \u201cI met him there. There was, like, some cute sparks. And then I think I pitched the idea of having him come on [Lizzie McGuire]. He was so cute.\u201d <\/p>\n
\nAaron passed away in 2022 when he drowned in the bath while under the influence.<\/p>\n
