Kim Kardashian<\/strong><\/a> is diving into the beverage space!<\/p>\n The 45-year-old entertainer and businesswoman has hopped on board the relaunch of the caffeine free energy drink Update<\/em><\/strong>, and it\u2019s coming out very soon. <\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Update<\/em> originally launched in 2022, but Kim<\/strong> didn\u2019t join the brand until 2023 after she was already drinking it and started sending \u201cunsolicited advice,\u201d before officially joining the team. <\/p>\n As revealed in a video shared to her Instagram, after Kim <\/strong>became part of the business, she helped remarket the packaging to make it less \u201cmasculine\u201d and more \u201ccalm.\u201d Plus, she also helped reformulate the taste of the drink. <\/p>\n Since the drink doesn\u2019t have caffeine, where does the energy come from? <\/p>\n According to Forbes<\/a><\/em>, the beverage \u201cuses paraxanthine, the compound the human body naturally forms from caffeine, rather than caffeine itself, an approach the company says \u2018eliminates the crash, jitters, and overstimulation\u2019 of traditional energy drinks.\u201d<\/p>\n The upcoming relaunch will see Update<\/em>\u2018s five flavors (berry, grape, peach, mandarin and pineapple) in 4,000 Walmart<\/a> stores nationwide, beginning THIS Sunday (March 1). More flavors are on the way too! <\/p>\n You can actually order a 12-pack with four of the flavors on Walmart.com<\/a> now.<\/p>\n \u201c2026 is really about expansion and evolution for us,\u201d Kim<\/strong> shared in a statement with WWD<\/a><\/em>. \u201cThis is only the beginning. We have new flavors coming that I\u2019m so excited about \u2014 and flavors are not what you typically see in the energy space. We\u2019re also constantly evolving \u2014 new ideas, new ways to experience Update. We\u2019re building something modern and fun, but still really aligned with wellness and quality.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cIt immediately aligned with how I think about wellness and energy. I\u2019m someone who moves at a really intense pace but still prioritizes focus, balance and what I put in my body,\u201d she added. \u201cThe energy category can feel loud and Update offers something different \u2014 a more intentional approach designed for sustaining energy.
