FBI<\/em><\/a>\u2018s spinoff CIA<\/em> is getting to a rough start with onscreen tension between Tom Ellis<\/strong>\u2018 character Colin and Nick Gehlfuss<\/strong>\u2018 Bill.<\/p>\n In Us Weekly<\/em>\u2018s exclusive clip from the Monday, February 23, premiere of the hit CBS series, Bill is introduced as an FBI special agent who clashes with CIA case officer Colin.<\/p>\n \u201c[The suspect is] cuffed to a radiator in the bathroom, I will read him his rights,\u201d Bill says before Colin points out that the man is \u201cnot\u201d under arrest. \u201cWe don\u2019t do this to people in America. The FBI follows the constitution \u2014 so do I.\u201d<\/p>\n Colin calls out Bill\u2019s judgement of the CIA<\/a>, adding, \u201cThere it is. You don\u2019t like the way I work.\u201d In response Bill clarifies he has \u201ca duty to uphold the law.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI took an oath, how about you?\u201d Bill fires back, to which Colin says, \u201cDon\u2019t wave old glory at me. You surrendered your leverage when you screwed up.\u201d<\/p>\n Bill continues to be frustrated by how Colin \u201cdidn\u2019t follow orders.\u201d He is even more thrown off when he realizes Colin\u2019s secret agenda, saying, \u201cIf you are not going to listen to a word I say then why even have me \u2026 you just need me and my shield to operate on U.S soil. I am just a tool to you?\u201d<\/p>\n
