\t\t<\/p>\n Shia LaBeouf<\/strong><\/a> is getting back to his normal routine after his arrest this week.<\/p>\n The 39-year-old actor was spotted going shirtless while going for a run around the neighborhood on Thursday (February 19) in New Orleans, La.<\/p>\n Just days earlier, Shia<\/strong> was arrested outside of a bar<\/a> following a brawl. He was charged with two counts of battery. <\/p>\n A police report has been released, in which he was accused of using a homophobic slur multiple times<\/a>.
