Through thick and thin! 1000-lb Best Friends\u2019<\/em> Meghan Crumpler<\/strong> is facing more than one roadblock on season 2 of the TLC series \u2014 including her weight loss stumble and wedding planning fears<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cMy life just feels like [it\u2019s] in a million pieces right now,\u201d Meghan, 44, says in Us Weekly<\/em>\u2019s exclusive sneak peek at season 2 of 1000-lb Best Friends<\/em><\/a>, which premieres on Wednesday, January 4. \u201cI\u2019m kind of spiraling out of control.\u201d<\/p>\n The reality star, who previously lost 200 pounds, admits to her doctor that she\u2019s not doing everything she needs to be to successfully lose more weight<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cI need to walk out and take a minute to myself,\u201d Meghan says after the surgeon gets frustrated with her response. \u201cI cannot believe this,\u201d she adds while storming out of the office. \u201cF\u2014k this place.\u201d<\/p>\n The Georgia resident isn\u2019t just upset that she\u2019s seemingly hit a bump in the road on her weight loss journey. She also expresses concern to her pals Vannessa Cross<\/strong>, Tina Arnold<\/strong> and Ashley Sutton<\/strong><\/a> during the trailer about feeling unhappy ahead of her wedding.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m not feeling it,\u201d Meghan tells the group while trying on dresses.<\/p>\n Tina, 42, later confronts the bride to be, asking her why she is really getting married. \u201cIs it that you love him [and] he\u2019s the love of your life, or you just don\u2019t want to be alone?\u201d she says.<\/p>\n While Meghan is battling with her self-esteem, Vannessa, 44, is preparing for her skin removal surgery after successfully hitting her goal.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m getting confidence in my weight loss,\u201d she reveals in the clip.<\/p>\n Vannessa previously told Us<\/em> in February 2022 that she was \u201cputting everything on hold,\u201d especially dating, while focusing on getting down to her goal of 200 pounds. \u201cRight now, I\u2019m only focusing on losing weight in myself,\u201d she exclusively told Us<\/em> at the time<\/a>.<\/p>\n The TLC personality\u2019s happiness, however, isn\u2019t something all of her costars can relate to at the moment.
