The Independent Spirit Awards were held today at the Palladium in Hollywood, CA, moving inland from their usual home on the beach in Santa Monica. Ego Nwodim took over hosting duties after a few years of hosting from another SNL vet, Aidy Bryant, and Train Dreams <\/b>was one of the big winners of the day, taking home Best Feature, Best Director for Clint Bentley, and Best Cinematography for Adolpho Veloso.
