There are rare cases where that could be important or even urgent. As you can see if you\u2019re following politics, some people do so many bad things in a single year that they require countless court filings and other legal maneuvers.<\/p>\n
However, in custody court, this is a financial drain upon Kail, a likely waste of the court\u2019s time, and possibly an attempt to harass her.<\/p>\n
As for how this \u201cmystery man\u201d can afford to make her life miserable like this, it\u2019s simple: he represents himself.<\/p>\n
\u201c[He\u2019s] not having the financial burden that somebody with counsel does,\u201d she explained.<\/p>\nOver the years, Kailyn Lowry has had a number of rude awakenings about the men in her life. (MTV)<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\u201cSo, I have spent over a million dollars but that does not mean that my coparent has spent over a million dollars,\u201d Kailyn reasoned. <\/p>\n
She added: \u201cHe might have spent $500.\u201d <\/p>\n
So Kail spends a small fortune, and her troublesome baby daddy pays a large grocery order. That hardly seems fair.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, she is still paying off legal fees on cases that concluded in the past.<\/p>\n

But billable hours go into many aspects of building (and fighting) a case. Including, Kailyn explained, attorneys sitting down to watch this baby daddy\u2019s obnoxious livestreams on social media.<\/p>\n
\u201cIf you could do yourself a favor, keep it off social media,\u201d Kail suggested.<\/p>\n
\u201cYou don\u2019t want to pay your attorney to go watch these Lives and review comments,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n
Kailyn advised: \u201cYou\u2019re going to have to pay for it both mentally and financially and it\u2019s not worth it.\u201d<\/p>\n
Some would argue that Kail\u2019s biggest<\/em> mistakes in all of this have not involved social media.
