Margot Robbie has recalled her wild days in London<\/p>\n
The 35-year-old star – who lived with six friends in a four-bedroom London flat until 2016 – has recalled a time before they moved in together when they got booted out of Infernos on a particularly wild night.<\/p>\n
Appearing on the Table Manners podcast, she told hosts Jessie and Lennie Ware how her roommates insisted you “can’t get kicked out” of the former cinema, and she visited for herself after a weekend’s work in Belgium.<\/p>\n
She said: “So we all had a weekend in London when the job was done. And of course, we went to Infernos, and within about 15 minutes, we got kicked out.<\/p>\n
“And while we’re getting dragged out by security, I was screaming, ‘but this is Infernos, you can\u2019t get kicked out of Infernos.’<\/p>\n
\n“And the bouncer was like, ‘Look, we allow most things, but when your friend does [redacted], then we kick you out’. And I was like, ‘okay, fair enough!’ “<\/p>\n
\nThe Wuthering Heights actress didn’t reveal exactly what her friend did to cause a scene, although she noted it wasn’t a rarity for them to get in a spot of bother.<\/p>\n
\nShe added: “Most of the clubs in Clapham, I’d say, have kicked us out.<\/p>\n
\n“Yeah, for a while we were banned at a number of places! [..] So we ended up all deciding to move in together.”<\/p>\n
\nAustralian star Margot had moved back to the US, but she and her friends had fallen in love with the area and decided to mark it their home.<\/p>\n
\nShe said: “I had gone back to America at that point, and so we were looking online, and the guys were like, ‘Oh, it’s a sign this place is down the road from Infernos’.<\/p>\n
\n“So we literally signed our lease just because it was down the road from Infernos.”<\/p>\n
\nWhile things have calmed down for Margot over the years, her friends hired a stripper for her Harry Potter themed hen party before her wedding to Tom Ackerley.<\/p>\n
\nShe admitted: “My friends got a stripper and made him do Harry Potter.<\/p>\n
\n“It was so funny and not sexy, and like, he was like, in a robe with the glasses, scar, and you know, all the innuendo that you can imagine.”<\/p>\n
