Hailee Steinfeld<\/strong><\/a> is breaking out her pregnancy workout routine.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt this point, they\u2019re a little slower,\u201d Steinfeld, 29, wrote of her fitness regimen in the Friday, February 6, issue of her \u201cBeau Society\u201d newsletter. \u201cI\u2019m prioritizing listening to my body, which has been a consistent thing I\u2019ve always done when it comes to working out, regardless of my physical state.\u201d<\/p>\n

Steinfeld announced in December 2025 that she and her husband, Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen<\/strong>, are expecting their first baby<\/a>.<\/p>\n

As Allen, 29, and Steinfeld gear up for their new arrival, the Sinners <\/i>actress has been prioritizing walking-based workouts.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tPregnant Hailee Steinfeld is giving fans a peek at her growing baby bump as well as showing off a baby onesie for the little one on the way. Posting via her Beau Society Substack newsletter on Friday, January 2, the singer, 29, shared a subtle update on her pregnancy journey as she and husband Josh [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cRecently, I\u2019ve been doing a lot of walking,\u201d she wrote in her newsletter. \u201cSometimes I set out for 30 minutes, and it ends up being 15, or less than that. I\u2019m taking it slow, but movement is key.\u201d<\/p>\n

She continued, \u201cThe other day, I felt like I should be going up and down the stairs more, so I started doing some housework that had me going up and down the stairs, and afterwards I was like, \u2018Okay, I\u2019m good with stairs for a while!\u2019<\/p>\n

Steinfeld and Allen have been together since 2023, getting married two years later in 2025.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s an easy answer in my brain,\u201d Steinfeld gushed in her newsletter about maintaining an intentional relationship with her husband. \u201cI don\u2019t want it to seem clich\u00e9, but we focus on being truly present with each other. More specifically, we\u2019re big on weekly date nights, and going no phones for an hour at the end of the day.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tJosh Allen can\u2019t wait for the newest member of Bills Mafia to arrive. \u201cI\u2019ve got siblings that have kids, I\u2019ve got a lot of friends that have kids and I don\u2019t know if you can plan too far in advance,\u201d Allen, 29, said in a press conference on Thursday, January 29, when asked about balancing [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

As for Allen, he\u2019s made it clear that their growing family is his No. 1 priority.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve got siblings that have kids, I\u2019ve got a lot of friends that have kids and I don\u2019t know if you can plan too far in advance,\u201d Allen said in a press conference<\/a> last month when asked about balancing future daddy duty with football. \u201cI\u2019m very much looking forward to that with my wife.\u201d<\/p>\n

He continued, \u201cBecoming a dad [is] something that I will take with great pride. We\u2019re going to have to figure things out on the go, just like anything else. This is the most important thing I\u2019ll be in my life \u2014 being a dad. I know I love being a football player and I love being a quarterback for the Buffalo Bills, but I\u2019m looking forward to this one.\u201d<\/p>\n

Steinfeld, meanwhile, has also become Allen\u2019s biggest cheerleader ever since they got together.<\/p>\n

Following the Buffalo Bills\u2019 35-31 win over the New England Patriots on Sunday, December 14, Allen, 29, briefly spoke to reporters about the news that he and wife Hailee Steinfeld are expecting their first child together. \u201cI\u2019ve known for a long time, right? So it\u2019s not that crazy [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cOn game days, I usually keep it to jeans, a T-shirt and a hat. That\u2019s my go-to formula<\/a>,\u201d she revealed in a September 2025 newsletter. \u201cHowever, I have a lot of fun leaning into my vintage collection (which has turned into a real treasure trove in our basement), finding special pieces to pull out for the pure celebration that is a Sunday at Highmark Stadium.\u201d<\/p>\n
