New England Patriots coach Mike Vrabel<\/strong><\/a> is making sure that the practice environment is as close to Super Bowl 60 as possible \u2014 and that apparently includes simulating the upcoming Super Bowl LX Halftime Show.<\/p>\n

During the team\u2019s practice on Friday, February 6 \u2014 just two days before the big game \u2014 Vrabel reportedly sent players to the locker room an hour into the practice, then proceeded to blast Bad Bunny<\/strong><\/a> music for 14 minutes.<\/p>\n

Vrabel then brought the team back out to the practice field as they concluded a few last-minute drills.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe still have time to prepare,\u201d Vrabel said in the practice report, per reporter Lindsay Jones<\/strong><\/a>. \u201cThere\u2019s a lot of time to finetune things and to get themselves physically and mentally ready to play, but I also want them to be able to enjoy their time with families and people they care about.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Patriots are set to face off against the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl LX on Sunday, February 8, at 6:30 p.m. ET at Levi\u2019s Stadium in Santa Clara, California.<\/p>\n

Back in September 2025, the NFL announced Latin pop star Bad Bunny as the 2026 Super Bowl halftime performer, a decision that was met with instant feedback \u2014 both positive and negative \u2014 including from President Donald Trump<\/strong><\/a> and his administration.<\/p>\n

Bad Bunny, 31, quickly laughed off the criticism<\/a> during his Saturday Night Live hosting stint the month after the announcement.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou may not know this but I\u2019m doing the Super Bowl halftime show,\u201d he told the audience during his monologue. \u201cI\u2019m very happy and I think everyone is very happy about it! Even Fox News \u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

He added, \u201cReally, I\u2019m very excited to be doing the Super Bowl and I know people all around the world who love my music are also happy.\u201d<\/p>\n

After briefly speaking in Spanish, he joked, \u201cIf you didn\u2019t understand now what I just said, you have four months to learn!\u201d<\/p>\n

During the 2026 Grammy Awards presentation on Sunday, February 1, Bad Bunny won three Grammys<\/a> including the coveted Album of the Year award.<\/p>\n

Seahawks quarterback Sam Darnold<\/strong> shared his excitement<\/a> for the halftime performance, despite the fact that Darnold won\u2019t be able to watch the show himself.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s unbelievable,\u201d Darnold, 28, said at Super Bowl Opening Night on February 2. \u201cI love his music. It\u2019s great to have him perform at the Super Bowl.\u201d<\/p>\n

He continued, \u201cI wish that I could see it, but I\u2019m afraid I\u2019ll be getting ready for the second half at that moment. But I know a lot of people are excited about him performing.\u201d<\/p>\n

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell<\/strong> also addressed the halftime show, calling Bad Bunny \u201cone of the great artists in the world.\u201d<\/p>\n
