\t\t<\/p>\n Bill Clinton<\/strong><\/a> is calling out congressional Republicans for engaging in what he referred to as \u201ca closed-door kangaroo court\u201d ahead of his testimony in front of the House Oversight Committee as part of the investigation into Jeffrey Epstein. <\/p>\n The 79-year-old former president and his wife, former first lady and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton<\/strong><\/a>, have agreed to testify in front of the committee<\/a> earlier this month. <\/p>\n However, on Friday (February 6), Bill <\/strong>took to social media to issue a statement and to call for the release of the Epstein files<\/strong><\/a> in full. <\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI have called for the full release of the Epstein files. I have provided a sworn statement of what I know. And just this week, I\u2019ve agreed to appear in person before the committee. But it\u2019s still not enough for Republicans on the House Oversight Committee,\u201d he wrote on X<\/a>.<\/p>\n Continuing, he called out House Oversight Committee chair James Comer<\/strong>, writing that he \u201cwants cameras, but only behind closed doors.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cWho benefits from this arrangement? It\u2019s not Epstein\u2019s victims, who deserve justice. Not the public, who deserve the truth. It serves only partisan interests.
