\t\t<\/p>\n Daniel Stern<\/strong><\/a> had a good day in court. <\/p>\n On Friday (February 6), the 68-year-old Home Alone<\/em> star had a prostitution charge against him dismissed in Ventura County, Calif., according to reporting by EW<\/a>. <\/p>\n The charge stemmed from a citation<\/a> that was issued against Daniel<\/strong> in December 2025. Though he was not taken into custody, he was cited by authorities for allegedly soliciting prostitution at a hotel in Camarillo on December 10. <\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n The Ventura County District Attorney\u2019s Office shared a statement with EW about Friday\u2019s court decision: \u201cThe defendant did what he was supposed to do,\u201d they said. \u201cHe completed his education class and earned a dismissal. This is our standard disposition for first-time prostitution offenses.\u201d<\/p>\n His attorney Blair Berk<\/strong> represented him in court, according to the California Post<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cThe case was dismissed with prejudice as it should have been from the start and we\u2019re very pleased,\u201d he said in a statement shared with the outlet.<\/p>\n Daniel<\/strong> himself does not appear to have issued a personal statement yet. <\/p>\n In January, it was reported that Daniel <\/strong>had exited a project<\/a> following the charge. <\/p>\n <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
