Billie Eilish<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s brother, Finneas<\/strong>, is coming to her defense amid criticism over her anti-ICE speech at the 2026 Grammys<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cSeeing a lot of very powerful old white men outraged about what my 24 year old sister said during her acceptance speech. We can literally see your names in the Epstein files,\u201d Finneas, 28, wrote via Threads<\/a> on Wednesday, February 4.<\/p>\n

Eilish, 24, was among the stars who made impassioned speeches about U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement at the Grammys<\/a> on Sunday, February 1, as she accepted the Song of the Year prize for \u201cWildflower.<\/a>\u201d Finneas, the song\u2019s cowriter and producer, joined her on stage.<\/p>\n

After thanking the Recording Academy, Eilish said, \u201cAs grateful as I feel, I honestly don\u2019t feel like I need to say anything but that no one is illegal on stolen land.\u201d<\/p>\n

Both Eilish and Finneas wore \u201cICE Out\u201d pins to the music awards ceremony, held at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n

Bad Bunny<\/strong>, 31, also spoke out against ICE<\/a> during his acceptance speech for Best M\u00fasica Urbana Album for his LP, Deb\u00ed Tirar M\u00e1s Fotos<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe hate gets more powerful with more hate,\u201d Bunny, who is Puerto Rican, continued. \u201cThe only thing that is more powerful than hate is love. So, please, we need to be different. If we fight, we have to do it with love. We don\u2019t hate them. We love our people, we love our family and that\u2019s the way to do it. With love. Don\u2019t forget that, please.\u201d<\/p>\n

Fellow Puerto Rican singer Ricky Martin<\/strong> praised Bunny\u2019s speech<\/a> in an open letter published in Puerto Rican newspaper El Nuevo D\u00eda<\/em> on Tuesday, February 3.<\/p>\n
