Just last month, Teddi opened up about starting therapy<\/a> to help process all that she\u2019s been through between her cancer battle<\/a> and her divorce from Arroyave, 48.<\/p>\n\u201cIt\u2019s really hard for me to tap into my feelings, because I think I\u2019ve put up a wall,\u201d she shared with Us<\/em>. \u201cI was so scared of what happened that I didn\u2019t want to really dig into it and get into those emotions, but now that I have, it\u2019s like the floodgates are open. It\u2019s definitely been helping, because I think that when you go through a trauma and you\u2019re just trying to white-knuckle it the whole time, it\u2019s gonna come around.
