Chris Harrison is back with a new show, and we\u2019re looking for men and women who are sincerely seeking love and a traditional marriage,\u201d Lindsay Liles Casting posted online this week.<\/p>\n<p>The surprising post states that \u201ca prominent streaming service\u201d is casting singles 21 and older who \u201cwant to be in a traditional, marriage-minded partnership built on commitment and shared values.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>It also states that the series is looking for individuals \u201cwho believe in clear roles, long-term commitment, and building a life together \u2014 and who are dating with real intention.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><noscript><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"806\" height=\"1024\" premiere.<\/p>\n<p>But we\u2019re not going out on a huge limb by assuming Harrison will NOT be working with ABC again.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt changed my life, but at the same time, I can also be grateful that I\u2019m gone,\u201d Harrison said in 2023 on an episode of Jason Tartick\u2019s Trading Secrets podcast. \u201cThat\u2019s a relationship I don\u2019t need to be in anymore because it wasn\u2019t healthy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Harrison, of course, served as the host of both the aforementioned franchises for many, many years.<\/p>\n<p>He was essentially <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2021\/02\/chris-harrison-to-step-aside-amid-racism-controversy-on-the-bach\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">let go by executives in early 2021<\/a> after he made racially insensitive remarks, telling the public at the time:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have consulted with Warner Bros. and ABC and will be stepping aside for a period of time and will not join for the After the Final Rose special\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI want to ensure our cast and crew members, to my friends, colleagues and our fans: this is not just a moment, but a commitment to much greater understanding that I will actively make every day.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFrom here I can only try to evolve and be a better man, and I humble myself before all of you.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI hope I will never returned to The Bachelor.<\/p>\n<p>He\u2019s mostly stayed away from the spotlight in general, although he did <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2024\/03\/chris-harrison-announces-new-dating-show-shades-the-bachelor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hint at a return to reality television<\/a> way back in March 2024.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPeople got to know and love me for two decades hosting The Bachelor, so, yes, we are going to be creating a reality dating show,\u201d Harrison said to Entertainment Tonight back then.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor years and years I said, \u2018This is the most dramatic show ever.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe want to create a show where those words actually ring true, so this dating show will be the most dramatic ever \u2014 that you can be sure of.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s unclear whether Harrison was referring almost two years ago to the show that now personality <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2021\/06\/chris-harrison-demanded-25-dollars-million-walking-money-threate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">demanding a whole lot of money<\/a> to walk away from his job.<\/p>\n<p>The two sides eventually negotiated a buy-out, however.<\/p>\n<p>This past October, Back in October, Harrison spoke to People Magazine about his post-Bachelor life, as well as his life in Austin, Texas where he and wife Lauren Zima purchased a home in 2020. <\/p>\n<p>Although Harrison called Austin \u201cthe new Hollywood,\u201d he told the outlet there was \u201ca next chapter coming up very soon\u201d for himself and that he was \u201cvery excited\u201d to soon talk about it at length.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><br \/>\n<br \/><a
