I would like to have my brother back.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Except\u2026 it isn\u2019t that simple.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt never needed to be this way, the leaking and the planting,\u201d Harry continues, citing the devious nature of higher-ups at Buckingham Palace and adding:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI want a family, not an institution.
