After more than 15 years on air, Andy Cohen<\/strong><\/a> has been candid about some of the most challenging guests he\u2019s had on Watch What Happens Live.<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n Most recently, in January 2026, Cohen made headlines when he shared he didn\u2019t have any intention of inviting former Biggest Loser<\/em> trainer Jillian Michaels<\/strong> back to the clubhouse.<\/p>\n \u201cI don\u2019t think there\u2019s a market for that,\u201d Cohen told Entertainment Weekly<\/em> at the time, regarding the odds of Michaels returning to the show. \u201cBy the way, I don\u2019t think she would come.\u201d<\/p>\n While recalling Michaels\u2019 2013 appearance<\/a> on his late night show, Cohen added, \u201cShe was furious. I should watch it back, if I cared. I don\u2019t see what she was upset about.\u201d (Us Weekly<\/em> reached out to Michaels for comment.)<\/p>\n Years before, Cohen shared that Vanderpump Rules<\/em> alums Lala Kent <\/strong>and James Kennedy<\/strong>\u2019s expletive-filled appearance on WWHL<\/em> was also one that goes down in infamy.<\/p>\n Scroll down to see more of the infamous guests on WWHL<\/em>:<\/p>\n During her one and only appearance on WWHL<\/em> in 2013, Jillian Michaels\u2019 notable moments included addressing some of the mistakes people make while working out and giving a thumbs up when The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/em> alum Brandi Glanville<\/strong> called in to say she would like to \u201cswim in the lady pond\u201d with her, per Entertainment Weekly. Michaels also participated in Andy Cohen\u2019s \u201cshotski\u201d alongside The Big Bang Theory<\/em>\u2019s Melissa Rauch.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201c[Jillian] left and she was screaming at my staff,\u201d Cohen alleged to the outlet in 2026, noting he didn\u2019t know what upset her so much. \u201cAnd if you scream at my staff, that\u2019s kind of it for me.\u201d<\/p>\n Michaels, meanwhile, shared in a 2019 interview with Us Weekly<\/em><\/a> that she was \u201cexhausted\u201d while filming WWHL<\/em> after doing press all day and recently battling the stomach flu when Cohen brought out the shotski.<\/p>\n \u201cSo he was explaining [the shotski] to me and I was a little bit out of it and I nodded like, \u2018Yeah I got it. So you drink the shot or whatever,\u2019\u201d she told Us<\/em> at the time. \u201cHe turns around again over his shoulder and looks at me and goes, \u2018Do \u2026 you \u2026 understand?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n She continued, \u201cAnd this was before the show started. And it\u2019s live! So you can\u2019t leave. \u2026 At the end of it, I was like, \u2018I gotta tell you, that was a truly hideous experience. Like in all the years I\u2019ve been doing this, nothing like this has ever happened.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n When Vanderpump Rules<\/em> alums Lala Kent and James Kennedy appeared on WWHL<\/em> in 2015, Andy Cohen recalled that he \u201cyelled at them the whole time\u201d for their cursing.<\/p>\n \u201cThey were like, \u2018Oh, we are sorry. We are sorry. OK, OK, OK,\u2019\u201d Cohen recalled to Bravo<\/a> at the time about their reactions to his yelling. \u201cYou know what, here\u2019s the thing. I was really excited about having them on the show, especially James because he\u2019s been so entertaining on Vanderpump<\/em> Rules<\/em> this season. And he was really excited about being on.\u201d<\/p>\n He continued, \u201cThe bummer is that I talked to him before the show, and he said, \u2018I\u2019m so excited about being on the show. I didn\u2019t sleep last night. I\u2019m so excited.\u2019 And then, it was just gross. They didn\u2019t stop cursing, and I was really irritated. The viewers hated it. They were cursing so much, whoever our censor is, they\u2019re very liberal, and every time you say a curse word, they block out the sentence before, the sentence after, so it\u2019s like the whole episode was on mute. And it was very irritating. And it just left a really bad taste in my mouth.\u201d<\/p>\n Cohen noted that Lisa Vanderpump<\/strong> sent him a message that night asking what happened, to which he replied, \u201cLet me put it this way. They made Jax [Taylor]<\/strong> and Kristen [Doute]<\/strong> look like Michelle<\/strong> and Barack Obama<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n When asked whether Kent and Kennedy would ever be \u201callowed back\u201d on WWHL<\/em>, he replied, \u201cNo.\u201d He noted that the twosome did apologize to him after the show. (Kent and Kennedy, who have been open about struggles with substance abuse and were drinking at the time of the appearance, have since both appeared on Cohen\u2019s late night show.)<\/p>\n Years later, Kent reflected back on her appearance<\/a> in her 2021 memoir, Give Them LaLa<\/em>, writing, \u201cI wrote a heartfelt note to [Cohen and Vanderpump] both. Lisa immediately forgave me \u2026 but Andy was still very upset, and I wasn\u2019t sure he\u2019d ever warm back up to me.\u201d<\/p>\n While appearing on the Rachael Ray Show<\/em> in 2016, Andy Cohen was asked who has been his \u201cleast favorite guest\u201d on WWHL<\/em>.<\/p>\n \u201cOK, I will say that Amber Rose<\/strong> came on and she didn\u2019t want to answer any of the questions that I was asking her. And she was wearing sunglasses and she said on the air, she goes, \u2018Am I your worst guest ever?\u2019\u201d Cohen shared. \u201cI go, \u2018You are in the running right now, you really are.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n He continued, \u201cBut I have to say, I really liked her a lot and after the show, we had a laugh about it and I was like, \u2018That really didn\u2019t work great.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n When Andy Cohen was asked to name his worst WWHL<\/em> guest ever during an audience Q&A at a For Your Consideration Emmys event in 2019, a fan suggested Debra Winger<\/strong>\u2019s appearance the year before.<\/p>\n \u201cOh my God, it was bad,\u201d Cohen agreed, per Bravo<\/a>. \u201cI almost can\u2019t talk about it.\u201d<\/p>\nJillian Michaels<\/h2>\n
