Actress Kristin Davis<\/a><\/strong> has been weathering criticism from fans about her appearance on the Sex and the City<\/i><\/a>\u00a0revival,\u00a0And Just Like That<\/i><\/a>. She\u2019s had some choice words in response to those who claim she\u2019s had plastic surgery since fans last saw her playing Charlotte York Goldenblatt. But she\u2019s admitted to having procedures done in the past.<\/p>\n \u201cEveryone wants to comment, pro or nay or whatever, on our hair and our faces and our this and our that,\u201d Kristin told The Sunday Times Style magazine<\/a><\/em>, adding about the social media firestorm surrounding the revival, \u201cThe level of intensity of it was a shock.\u201d<\/p>\n Some Twitter comments included, \u201cI\u2019m so distracted by Kristin Davis\u2019 face I can\u2019t even pay attention to what anyone is saying,\u201d and, \u201cWhat did\u00a0<\/span>Kristin<\/span>\u00a0Davis<\/span>\u00a0do to her\u00a0<\/span>face<\/span>? Maybe it\u2019s just her lips.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cThat\u2019s the problem with social media, right, is that you don\u2019t know what those people are doing,\u201d Kristin continued. \u201cYou don\u2019t know anything about them. They\u2019re just hurling bombs at you. It makes me angry.\u201d<\/p>\n In the past, the actress has said that she\u2019s against invasive cosmetic procedures<\/a>. During a 2018 interview with New Beauty<\/em><\/a>, Kristin revealed, \u201cI\u2019m scared of needles, scared of complications, and scared of doing something that looks bad and not being able to go back and fix it.\u201d<\/p>\n The Deck the Halls<\/em> star has admitted to getting CoolSculpting<\/a> done around her waist. In the same interview, she said she got the non-invasive fat-freezing process<\/a> done to look better on camera.<\/p>\n \u201cThe last job I did I had, to wear jeans and pants and everything, and I remember being a little worried because if you\u2019re curvy on camera, sometimes it can look too<\/i> curvy. So, when I heard about CoolSculpting, I was intrigued. But I had the misconception that in order to be a good candidate, you needed to have a lot of fat you were trying to reduce.\u201d<\/p>\n Kristin said there was one particular area of her body that she wanted worked on. \u201cFor me, it was my midsection<\/a>. It wasn\u2019t horrible by any means, but it was one of those areas that wouldn\u2019t change no matter how much I worked out or how well I ate. I had a lot of jeans that I couldn\u2019t fit into, and I really just wanted to button them comfortably,\u201d she explained, adding, \u201cLooking back, I wish I had known how easy the\u00a0treatment was.\u201d<\/p>\n
