The tide of public opinion has turned against ICE and DHS operations in Minneapolis, and the Trump administration is in the process of removing some of its most prominent officials<\/a> from the city and quietly \u201creassigning\u201d them.<\/p>\n

After stubbornly standing his ground for weeks, Trump now appears to be backing away<\/a> from his administration\u2019s previous claim that slain ICU nurse Alex Pretti was a \u201cdomestic terrorist.\u201d<\/p>\n

That\u2019s good news for fans of common sense.<\/p>\n

But it\u2019s bad news for the various MAGA pundits who thought they were doing the White House\u2019s bidding by blindly supporting the shootings of Alex Pretti and Renee Good<\/a>.<\/p>\n
