The This Is Us actor’s spouse Jarah Mariano showed off her growing baby bump in a post on Instagram to mark their daughter Ke’ala Coral’s first birthday.<\/p>\n
In the post, a photo of the 42-year-old model showed her holding her little girl above her head, with her changing figure clear to see in a brown bikini.<\/p>\n
She wrote: “Happy 1 year baby girl.<\/p>\n
“When you came into my life I had 2 distinct thoughts, one immediately after the other \u2014 I would die for you in a heartbeat, but now I also have to live as long as I possibly can to be around to make sure you\u2019re safe.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cThis is the most unique love I\u2019ve ever experienced, just as unique of a soul you are. In a world with so much fear and hatred, I know that you will bring your radiating light everywhere you go to make it a better and brighter place for those around you. I love you Ke\u2019ala Coral, forever x Mama.(sic)”<\/p>\n
\nMilo and Jarah welcomed their daughter into the world last year just a few weeks after losing their home in the Los Angeles wildfires.<\/p>\n
\nAt the time, Jarah posted a photo of the tot’s feet along with her dog’s paw on Instagram and wrote: “Houseless, never homeless<\/p>\n
\n“Welcome back Ke\u2019ala Coral Ventimiglia [rainbow emoji] 1.23.25<\/p>\n
\n“Jan 7th my family + I evacuated from the Palisades Fire. We lost our home that we were living in everything we own, as well as our home under construction that we were about to move into. I was 38 weeks pregnant + I had done an evacuation only a few weeks prior during the Franklin Fire as well. <\/p>\n
\n“I take it as a gift that I was able to essentially do a practice run for what was inevitably to come. I\u2019m also forever grateful that we were able to evacuate from the Palisades Fire in the daytime, when we could feel more prepared + not caught completely off guard in the middle of the night, for example.<\/p>\n
\n“My family + I are together, happy, healthy _ safe, which is truly all that matters. <\/p>\n
\n“We are deeply grateful to all of the heroes who help battle fires, as well as care for everyone affected by the aftermath for years to come. This will be an extended process of rebuilding and grieving for many, but we are feeling optimistic + inspired to welcome all of the exciting newness of our fresh start!(sic)”<\/p>\n
\nThe Sports Illustrated model – who married the 48-year-old actor in September 2023 – went on to thank people for all their support in recent weeks before appealing for some “time and space” to enjoy time with her newborn.<\/p>\n
\nShe added: “A special thank you to all of those who have supported my family + I in this time; friends, family, my birthing team, hospital staff, companies gifting, LA community and beyond. Your love + generosity means everything to us.<\/p>\n
\n“Gentle reminder to all, to please allow us this time + space to nest with our newborn in such a delicate phase. We already have everything we need in abundance will be back around with updates in our own time.<\/p>\n
\n“Sending you Aloha + Light always, Jarah Milo Ke\u2019a Duke (sic)”<\/p>\n
