Before launching into the track, the band set the scene with a playful introduction. <\/span>Gracie Lawrence<\/b> stepped into the role of Isabella, while Stacey Ryan embodied Lizzie McGuire, turning the performance into a loving nod to the iconic coming-of-age anthem. The result? Pure pop magic.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lawrence, the U.S.-based pop-soul band founded by siblings <\/span>Clyde<\/b> and Gracie Lawrence, hails from New York City and has been building a devoted fanbase since releasing their debut album in 2013. Their most recent release, <\/span>Acoustic-ish<\/span><\/i>, arrived on February 28, 2025, showcasing the band\u2019s signature warmth in a stripped-down format.<\/span><\/p>\n

The performance took place during Staycation, Lawrence\u2019s first-ever hometown residency festival, which launched in November 2022 at Brooklyn Steel in New York City. <\/span><\/p>\n

Spanning three nights\u2014November 3, 4, and 5\u2014the festival featured distinct themed evenings, including Wedding Night, Y2K Night, and New York Night, complete with unique setlists and costumes for each show.<\/span><\/p>\n

2022 was a banner year for Lawrence.
