She explained: \u201cIt was the men in between that she also had me around that were the dangerous ones.\u201d<\/p>\n
Waxing introspective, Kail commented: \u201cSo, I think in some ways that\u2019s my justification [for having a lot of long-term relationships].\u201d<\/p>\n
(We have to note that not all long-term relationships are non-violent, as she herself has experienced)<\/p>\n
But Kailyn insisted that she is not like Suzi. \u201cContrary to that,\u201d she argued, \u201cI would say I did think about what kind of person he is before I brought him into the rest of my kids\u2019 lives.\u201d<\/p>\n
Kail pointed out: \u201cI didn\u2019t just meet [him]. It\u2019s not like I met him on Tinder.\u201d<\/p>\n
She clarified: \u201cI\u2019m not saying there are unsafe people on Tinder, but I didn\u2019t just meet him for the first time and introduce him to my kids.\u201d<\/p>\n
Kailyn detailed: \u201cI\u2019ve known him since pretty much high school, not in-depth obviously.\u201d She then claimed that friends performed a background check on him before she moved him into her house.<\/p>\nKail cries during one of her final MTV appearances. \u201cWe\u2019ve been in toxic environments in the past,\u201d she noted, \u201cand acknowledged where we\u2019ve been toxic in the past and acknowledged we both want the same things moving forward.\u201d<\/p>\n
Kailyn then understated: \u201cWe don\u2019t waste time. We\u2019re ready to be committed and faithful to somebody and I felt we were both on the same page with that.\u201d<\/p>\n
She claimed: \u201cYou cannot deny chemistry and attraction when it\u2019s there.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cBecause if we are being honest and you look at my track record,\u201d she acknowledged, \u201cthey have all made me miserable.\u201d<\/p>\n
But Ike, we\u2019re sure, will continue to be different \u2026 until he isn\u2019t. <\/p>\n
Kail has wisely been no-contact with Suzi for over a decade. (Good for her!)<\/p>\n
If she were to ask her today, would Suzi say that she put men men first over her daughter? <\/p>\n
On some level, Kailyn seems to be interweaving both parents\u2019 bad habits into her own life, but just differently enough that it feels meaningfully different (to her).<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
