Ward, 68, has been flooded with supportive comments after sharing a glimpse into her private life with a makeup-free video on Instagram, and was met with cruel remarks about her appearance.<\/p>\n

In the comments section of a follow-up video shared by the star\u2019s daughter Matilda, titled, \u201cWarning!! Naturally aging woman. Proceed with caution,\u201d SJP, 60, responded, \u201cShe is sincerely beautiful. For real. No qualifiers. Just a beauty. I\u2019m sure inside and out. Xxx.\u201d<\/p>\n

Zoe Salda\u00f1a<\/strong> chimed in, \u201cYour mother is stunning!!! Always has been.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ward spoke out about the criticism via Instagram following her Christmas update that sparked the chatter about her looks.<\/p>\n

\u201cDear those of you who responded to the brouhaha over the trolls criticizing my appearance, I have tried to do a little better today. I ran my hands through my hair, etc. but anyways, just to say, do not fear aging,\u201d the actress said in the clip posted on January 15, noting that she \u201creally should do my hair and apply some lippy before I go on social media.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ward said that despite popular belief otherwise, her sixties have been a \u201cwonderful period of life.\u201d<\/p>\n
