The mystery woman spotted kissing Desmond Scott<\/strong><\/a> amid his divorce from Kristy Scott<\/strong><\/a> has now been identified.<\/p>\n

Us Weekly<\/em> can confirm that model Marissa Springer,<\/strong> 24, was the woman kissing Desmond<\/a> at the Houston, Texas, bar. Springer told Us<\/em> that Desmond was out at the bar with his friends and \u201cin good spirits.\u201d<\/p>\n

The PDA-filled moment made headlines on Thursday, January 15, after TMZ<\/em> obtained the footage. Us Weekly<\/em> reached out to Desmond for comment at the time.<\/p>\n

News broke earlier this month that Kristy filed for divorce<\/a> from Desmond after 11 years of marriage. In the filing obtained by Us<\/em>, Kristy cited alleged infidelity as the reason for her split from Desmond.<\/p>\n

Kristy, who goes by Kristy Sarah online, noted that there is no chance of reconciliation and that the pair would \u201csoon stop living together as husband and wife.\u201d Us Weekly<\/em> reached out for comment at the time.<\/p>\n

Desmond, for his part, broke his silence<\/a> on Kristy\u2019s divorce filing on January 10, sharing that he made \u201cchoices\u201d that he was \u201cnot proud of.\u201d Kristy has yet to publicly address Desmond\u2019s statement or the divorce filing.<\/p>\n
