Grateful, generous, real, raw, dedicated, devoted, family man, talented, survivor, everything\u2026 just some of the words used to describe you by those who know you best!<\/p>\n<p>\n&#8220;The leader of our family. My home.<\/p>\n<p>\n&#8220;You inspire me every single day to be a better person.<\/p>\n<p>\n&#8220;It is an honor to be your wife, and the greatest joy to live life by your side. I am so happy to celebrate you today baby! I love you beyond any words could ever tell. (sic)&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\nThe photo carousel included pictures of Travis and Kourtney embracing at his birthday dinner, including one of them posing by the All the Small Things hitmaker&#8217;s birthday cake.<\/p>\n<p>\nTravis returned the favour with praise for the raven-haired beauty in the comments of the post.<\/p>\n<p>\nHe wrote: \u201cI love you so much my wife.
