The Minions <\/em>sequel, The Rise of Gru<\/em>, took fans back in time to a young Gru and how he became who he is.<\/p>\n The franchise has spawned across several movies, including Minions spinoffs, parade balloons, video games, many short films and a digital series<\/a>.
