Chrissy Teigen<\/b> may be a famous model and TV personality, but that doesn\u2019t mean she\u2019s immune to the pressures of social media.<\/span><\/p>\n In a new Instagram post, Teigen got real about the underlying reasons she feels compelled to make posts.<\/span><\/p>\n The post contained a carousel of Teigan\u2019s life, with photos and videos of her, her children, and her husband, <\/span>John Legend<\/b> having fun together.<\/span><\/p>\n However, in the caption, she mused about the pressure she feels to post things.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cSometimes I\u2019m like f*** I should post something. And I don\u2019t even know why,\u201d she wrote in <\/span>the post<\/span><\/a>. \u201cSo then I just go through my camera roll and haphazardly throw whatever in with zero thought. It takes me all of 20 seconds then I post it and I feel a sense of relief.\u201c<\/span><\/p>\n While posting may make Teigen feel like she \u201cdid something,\u201d she then questioned what this urge to share online really meant.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cLike wow I did it. I posted. I\u2019m a good girl,\u201d she continued. \u201cGood girl to who? The boss of the internet? Why am I always trying to please mysterious people all day? What can I take for this disorder?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n Fellow celebrities and fans alike related to what Teigen had to say in the comments.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI feel the same at times. But, I post mainly for myself. For me, IG is like a memory bank\/ a virtual photo album, so I can go back and relive it all over again.
