Demi Moore<\/strong><\/a> is looking back at her marriage to ex-husband Bruce Willis<\/strong><\/a> fondly.<\/p>\n

During a Q&A with Kate Hudson<\/strong> at a Song Sung Blue<\/em> screening in Los Angeles on Wednesday, January 7, Moore, 63, explained why the movie<\/a> was important to her. \u201cThis is a little personal thing, but Bruce always had every week, Neil Diamond Day,\u201d she revealed. \u201cWatching the movie just kept reminding me of when he would blast Neil Diamond, and I\u2019d say, \u2018What\u2019s going on?\u2019 And he said, \u2018No, it\u2019s Neil Diamond Day.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Moore shares daughters Rumer, 37, Scout, 34, and Tallulah, 31, with Willis, 70, to whom she was married from 1987 until 2000.<\/p>\n

At the event on Wednesday, Moore recalled how Willis \u201cplayed Neil throughout the day\u201d for years, adding, \u201cHe was a huge Neil fan. And so am I!\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tKeeping it cordial! Demi Moore and Bruce Willis have managed to stay close after ending their marriage in 2000 \u2014 and their friendly relationship is the definition of coparenting goals. The Die Hard star and Moore tied the knot in 1987 after meeting at the premiere for the buddy cop film Stakeout, which starred Moore\u2019s [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Though their marriage came to an end, Moore and Willis still remained close over the years. Moore moved on with Ashton Kutcher<\/strong>, who she was married to from 2005 to 2013. Willis, for his part, got married to Emma Heming Willis<\/strong> in 2009. The couple share two daughters.<\/p>\n

\u201cI still love Demi. We\u2019re very close. We have three children whom we will continue to raise together, and we\u2019re probably as close now as we ever were,\u201d Willis told Rolling Stone<\/em> in December 2000. \u201cWe realize we have a lifelong commitment to our kids. Our friendship continues. The institution has been set aside.\u201d<\/p>\n

In March 2022, Willis\u2019 family revealed that he was diagnosed with<\/a> the language disorder aphasia. His condition eventually progressed to frontotemporal dementia.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is a really challenging time for our family and we are so appreciative of your continued love, compassion and support,\u201d read a statement shared in 2023. \u201cWe are moving through this as a strong family unit, and wanted to bring his fans in because we know how much he means to you, as you do to him. As Bruce always says, \u2018Live it up\u2019 and together we plan to do just that.\u201d<\/p>\n

Moore has since shown support for the Die Hard<\/em> actor and Heming Willis.<\/p>\n
