Until this lawsuit, it was an extremely amicable split. Haley Khalil is displaying both in this moment.<span class=\"image-caption-credit\"> (Image Credit: YouTube)<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Meanwhile, the lawsuit claims, Haley has been able to \u201cfinancially benefit from this surge in traffic.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>So, he is suing his ex for invasion of privacy.<\/p>\n<p>Matt Kalil claims that she disclosed \u201chighly intimate and private facts regarding Plaintiff\u2019s physical person and sexual life.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He is also suing Haley for unjust enrichment, accusing her of having \u201creceived substantial financial benefit, increased viewership, increased engagement, and monetization.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He wants a jury trial. We don\u2019t know if discussing <em>your own <\/em>sex life is grounds for a successful lawsuit. <\/p>\n<p>It can be grounds for hurt feelings.
