Despite divorcing they seem to be fairly amicable. <\/p>\n<p>-Per the divorce settlement McCormack will pay his ex a \u201cnon-modifiable\u201d amount of $10,000 per month in spousal support until 2035, at which time he can seek a modification. So a total of a little over $1million over a 9 year period. This based off of his income of $92k\/month vs her $23k\/month<\/p>\n<p>-She&#8217;ll receive half of any residuals and royalty income from Lego Masters, Eric\u2019s Just Jack and Will podcast, Murdoch Mysteries, Slasher, Will &amp; Grace, Atypical, The Architect, American Dad!, Law &amp; Order: SVU, Dead, Break a Leg!, Dead Like Me and several others.<\/p>\n<p>-They will split their bank accounts, investments, airline miles, Eric\u2019s retirement plans and their physical property.
