Married at First Sight<\/i><\/a><\/span> expert Pastor Cal Roberson<\/strong> is opening up about his future after stepping away from the reality show.<\/p>\n

\u201cOne thing that\u2019s really, really interesting is that I\u2019ve been in it for 16 seasons,\u201d Roberson shared in Us Weekly<\/i>\u2019s exclusive sneak peek of the Wednesday, January 7, episode of the \u201cWhat\u2019s the Reality<\/span><\/a>\u201d podcast. \u201cWhat\u2019s happening right now is we\u2019re actually at a point where we\u2019re passing the torch to new experts now that we\u2019re on Peacock.\u201d<\/p>\n

On Tuesday, January 6, Variety<\/i><\/span><\/a> broke the news that Roberson, Dr. Pepper Schwartz<\/strong> and Dr. Pia Holec<\/strong> will not return for the show\u2019s 20th season.<\/p>\n

A new group of experts are expected to be announced at a later date.<\/p>\n

While chatting with podcast host and <\/i>Love Is Blind<\/i><\/span><\/a> alum Amber Desiree \u201cAD\u201d Smith<\/strong>, Roberson said he\u2019s excited about what\u2019s to come.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m on to some bigger and better things,\u201d he shared in Us<\/i>\u2019 sneak peek. \u201cI wish the new experts the best and I think the show is going to be taking on a different turn and I think this is just a part of the evolution of the show.\u201d<\/p>\n

Married at First Sight <\/i>is a reality show where participants agree to get matched up with their future spouse, thanks to the help of a variety of experts.<\/p>\n

Once they are matched, they agree to get married to their spouse with their first meeting being held at the wedding altar.<\/p>\n
