\t\t<\/p>\n Michael B Jordan<\/strong><\/a> is looking back on his role in Black Panther<\/strong><\/a><\/em>. <\/p>\n The 38-year-old actor portrayed Erik Killmonger in the first movie, the villain who tried to dethrone Black Panther. <\/p>\n While speaking with CBS Sunday Morning<\/a><\/em>, MBJ<\/strong> shared he couldn\u2019t shake the character and sought out therapy to help. <\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cIt kind of stuck with me for a bit. And, you know, went to therapy and talked about it,\u201d he said. \u201cFound a way to kind of just decompress, I think at that point still learning that I needed to decompress from a character.\u201d <\/p>\n \u201cI think that spiraled into a bigger conversation and self-discovery of, like, \u2018Okay, you know, I think that\u2019s something that\u2019s necessary for people, you know?\u2019 Especially men,\u201d Michael<\/strong> continued. \u201cI think it\u2019s good for them to go and talk. That\u2019s something I\u2019m not ashamed of at all, and very proud of.
