Shannon Beador<\/strong><\/a> got candid about her recent run-in with her ex-husband David Beador<\/strong><\/a> earlier this month.<\/p>\n \u201cI was actually doing an interview at The Quiet Woman [restaurant] with Tamra<\/strong> [Judge<\/strong>]<\/a> and Taylor<\/strong> [Armstrong<\/strong>]<\/a> and Jennifer<\/strong> [Pedranti<\/strong>]<\/a> was there,\u201d the Real Housewives of Orange County<\/em><\/a> star, 59, said during a Tuesday, June 6, appearance on SiriusXM\u2019s Jeff Lewis Live<\/em><\/a>. \u201cRight after [Jennifer] left, I heard he walked in, so I went up [to him] and I\u2019m like, \u2018I\u2019m not leaving your side until we take a picture for the kids,\u2019 and he had a few cocktails and he goes, \u2018Okay.\u2019 So I took the picture.\u201d<\/p>\n While recounting the meeting with her ex, 58, Shannon confessed it had \u201cbeen a good five years\u201d since the last time she had spoken to David, despite him being in contact with their children. The pair \u2014 who filed for divorce<\/a> after 17 years of marriage \u2014 share three daughters<\/a>: Sophie, 21, and twins Stella and Adaline, both 18.<\/p>\n \u201cSo, we took the picture, sent it to the kids, and it\u2019s sad to say. They were so excited,\u201d she recalled. \u201cSophie FaceTimed us going, \u2018Oh my God, is this for real?\u2019 Then [David] said, \u2018You know what? F it. Post it<\/a>. I need Instagram followers.\u2019 So, I raced for the opportunity and then this is the sh-t that happens to me. There\u2019s a piece of fricking green in my teeth and I didn\u2019t even eat anything green.\u201d<\/p>\n The Bravo personality uploaded the sweet selfie of the duo via Instagram<\/a> on Friday, June 2, and several of her RHOC<\/em> costars<\/a> commented on the pic. \u201cAwe your girls will be happy \ud83d\udd25,\u201d Vicki Gunvalson<\/strong><\/a> replied. \u201cI guess I left too soon \ud83d\ude33,\u201d Judge, 55, retorted.<\/p>\n After taking the snap, the twosome said their goodbyes and Shannon recounted the awkward farewell<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cWhen he was leaving, he came over and I go, \u2018David, don\u2019t be so awkward,\u2019 and he leaned forward to give me a hug,\u201d she said. \u201cI\u2019m like, \u2018No, I\u2019m not asking for you to give me a hug. Just like take a breath and just relax,\u2019 and he put his hand out to shake my hand, and I just kind of rolled my eyes. I\u2019m like, \u2018Have a good night.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n When asked if she and her ex were in a good place following their unexpected reunion, Shannon teased that \u201ctime will tell.\u201d<\/p>\n The reality star and the entrepreneur were married from 2000 to 2017. The former couple split after he cheated on her<\/a>. Their divorce wasn\u2019t finalized<\/a> until April 2019. As the exes navigated their new normal of coparenting<\/a>, their relationship hit a snag in 2021 when David refused to allow Stella and Adaline to film episodes of the Bravo series with their mom.<\/p>\n Us Weekly<\/em> confirmed in August 2021 that the Girlfriends\u2019 Guide to Divorce<\/em> alum filed an emergency court order<\/a> one month prior to allow her twins to continue filming RHOC<\/em>.
