Ben Affleck<\/a> in 2025 – was performing her 1999 hit If You Had My Love at her Up All Night show in Las Vegas Saturday night (03.01.26) when she reflected on love and heartbreak and what she wants from her next partner.<\/p>\nIn a clip shared to social media, she told the audience at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace: \u201cWhen I first sang it, I was very young.<\/p>\n
\u201cAnd I sang it with a lot of hope.\u201d<\/p>\n
She went on: \u201cBut I\u2019ve also sang it over the years, I\u2019ve sang it while I was sad.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cAnd I\u2019ve sang it when I was happy. But now, today, you know how I sing it? I sing it in power.\u201d<\/p>\n
\n\u201cBecause the truth is, if you wanted to have my love, you would have to earn it.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cYou would have to treat me right. You would have to respect me.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nSharing her needs, she added: \u201cYou\u2019d have to accept me for all that I am.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cYou\u2019d have to love me if you wanted my love.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nJLo declared: \u201cYou can\u2019t have love without heartbreak.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cYou can\u2019t. That\u2019s what you sign up for.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nDespite laying out her rules for her next man, the On The Floor hitmaker is allegedly not ready to start dating again after her divorce.<\/p>\n
\nA source told PEOPLE in December: \u201cIt’s all about work and the kids for her. She seems happy and content.”<\/p>\n
\nJennifer shares 17-year-old twins Max and Emme with ex-husband Marc Anthony. <\/p>\n
\nJennifer and Ben ended their first engagement in 2004 and rekindled their romance in 2021.<\/p>\n
\nThey tied the knot in July 2022 and Jennifer filed for divorce two years after their second wedding ceremony in Georgia, listing April 26, 2024, as the date of their split.<\/p>\n
\nMeanwhile, Jennifer \u2013 who has been married four times \u2013 previously insisted that she was enjoying single life after being in “different challenging situations” over the years.<\/p>\n
\nShe told Interview magazine: “Now I\u2019m excited, when you say you\u2019re just going to be on your own. Yes, I\u2019m not looking for anybody, because everything that I\u2019ve done over the past 25, 30 years, being in these different challenging situations, what can I do when it\u2019s just me flying on my own … what if I’m just free?”<\/p>\n
\nJennifer was previously married to Ojani Noa from 1997 to 1998, Cris Judd from 2001 to 2003, and Marc Anthony from 2004 to 2014. She also got engaged to Alex Rodriguez in 2019 before they ended the relationship in 2021.<\/p>\n
