\t\t<\/p>\n Sarah Shahi<\/strong><\/a> has officially confirmed that she and Adam Demos<\/strong><\/a> have broken up.<\/p>\n More than eight months after it was first reported that the Sex\/Life<\/em> co-stars have split, Sarah<\/strong>, 45, confirmed their split in a new interview as she reflected on the reality of having a relationship in the public eye.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span>\u201cThere was an element of the relationship that people really felt belonged to them, which was very sweet and heart- warming,\u201d Sarah<\/strong> told Us Weekly<\/a><\/em>. \u201cThe flip to that is when things end, you feel like you\u2019re going through it twice.\u201d<\/p>\n She continued, \u201cYou\u2019re going through it emotionally on a personal level, and then you\u2019re going through it again on a much bigger level.\u201d<\/p>\n Sarah<\/strong> and Adam<\/strong>, 40, started dating in 2021<\/a> after meeting on set of the Netflix series.<\/p>\n Also in the interview, Sarah<\/strong> shared an update on how getting back into the dating world has been.<\/p>\n \u201cWhen people show you who they are, believe them the first time,\u201d she said. \u201cIt\u2019s a zoo out there in the dating world, and I have to say that everyone I\u2019ve encountered that I had doubts about was correct.
