Denise Richards<\/a> in July after six years of marriage and Denise later applied for and was granted a restraining order against Aaron amid allegations of domestic abuse, which he denied.<\/p>\nIn November, landlord John Karan filed a lawsuit against the pair, claiming they had failed to pay rent for months on a Calabasas home they were renting from him.<\/p>\n
Although Denise, 54, had already moved out of the six-bedroom, five-bathroom house, following her split from Aaron, 53, he remained in the home with his parents and brother.<\/p>\n
According to the Daily Mail, Phypers’ mother, Patricia Phypers, launched a GoFundMe, last month titled Please Help My Son Aaron – A Grandmother’s Cry for Justice.<\/p>\n
\nShe posted a lengthy message, blasting Denise and claiming that Aaron was being prevented from seeing their daughter Eloise, who Denise adopted in 2011, with Aaron filing adoption paperwork in 2019. <\/p>\n
\nPatricia wrote: \u201cI am a mother and a grandmother begging the public for help. My son, Aaron Phypers, has been destroyed by false allegations, Hollywood power, and a system determined to silence him. But the deepest wound is the loss of his daughter – my granddaughter – Eloise.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cShe was our light. She adored her daddy. And overnight, she was taken from him\u2026 and from us\u2026 without truth, without justice, without mercy.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cWhen my Daughter in law needed help, I was brought in to hold a collapsing home together \u2014 36 dogs, 5 cats, endless responsibilities, all hidden from the landlord. I spent my small pension on vet bills, food, and care because no one else would. My son Brett and I were put in impossible, unlawful situations to cover for fraud we never created.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cAnd through it all, I cared for Eloise for weeks, loving her, protecting her, giving her stability while my Daughter in-law traveled. I even cared for her older daughters\u2019 cats because they wouldn\u2019t bother.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cNow my son \u2014 the man who carried this entire household \u2014 has been cut off, slandered, starved, wrongfully arrested, and left with nothing.<\/p>\n
