Will Smith<\/strong><\/a> is facing some major accusations.<\/p>\n On Tuesday (December 30), professional violinist Brian King Joseph<\/strong><\/a> filed a complaint at the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles against the 57-year-old Oscar-winning actor and his company Treyball Studios Management, Inc.<\/p>\n Brian<\/strong> \u2013 who is finalist from season 13 of America\u2019s Got Talent<\/em> \u2013 is suing Will<\/strong> and his company for sexual harassment, alleging wrongful termination and retaliation.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span>The complaint claims that Will<\/strong> \u201cwas deliberately grooming and priming Mr. Joseph for further sexual exploitation\u201d after he invited Brian<\/strong> to join his Based on a True Story: 2025<\/em> global tour in November 2024, according to People<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n The complaint details an alleged \u201ctraumatic series of events\u201d in March 2025, amid Will<\/strong>\u2018s tour, in which Brian <\/strong>claims that he discovered someone had entered his Las Vegas hotel room, booked by Will<\/strong>\u2018s company, with no sign of forced entry.<\/p>\n Evidence \u201cof sexual threat of violence\u201d allegedly included a handwritten note, which read, \u201cBrian, I\u2019ll be back no later [sic] 5:30 just us,\u201d along with a drawn heart and signed \u201cStone F.\u201d<\/p>\n Also allegedly left in Brian<\/strong>\u2018s room were \u201cwipes, a beer bottle, a red backpack, a bottle of HIV medication with another individual\u2019s name, an earring, and hospital discharge paperwork belonging to a person unbeknownst to\u201d the violinist.<\/p>\n Brian<\/strong> alleges that he \u201cfeared that an unknown individual would soon return to his room to engage in sexual acts\u201d with him.<\/p>\n After he reported the situation to hotel security and tour management, Brian<\/strong> claims he was accused of lying and a member of Will<\/strong>\u2018s management team later \u201cshamed\u201d him. Several days later, Brian<\/strong> said that he was fired from the tour, though management told him the tour was \u201cmoving\u201d in a different direction, according to USA Today<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n However, Brian<\/strong> claims that another violinist was quickly hired to replace him, which he claims is proof he was not fired for \u201cpretextual\u201d reasons.<\/p>\n Also in his lawsuit, Brian<\/strong> alleges that Will<\/strong> had been \u201cgrooming and priming\u201d him \u201cfor further sexual exploitation\u201d since meeting in November 2024, given they \u201cbegan spending additional time alone\u201d in the months before the tour started.<\/p>\n Brian<\/strong> claims Will<\/strong> at one point said to him, \u201cYou and I have such a special connection, that I don\u2019t have with anyone else.\u201d<\/p>\n Additionally in his suit, Brian<\/strong> noted an incident in which he alleges tour management suspiciously lost his bag, which included his room key.<\/p>\n Brian<\/strong> said that alleged incidents caused him to have \u201csevere emotional distress, economic loss, reputational harm, and other damages,\u201d including \u201cPTSD and other mental illness as a result of the termination.\u201d<\/p>\n The Based on a True Story Tour<\/em> ran from June to September 2025 following the March release of the album of the same name.<\/p>\n As of right now, Will<\/strong> has not publicly addressed Brian<\/strong>\u2018s claims or lawsuit.<\/p>\n The lawsuit against Will<\/strong> comes less than a month after his wife Jada Pinkett Smith<\/strong><\/a> was sued by Will<\/strong>\u2018s former best friend, who claims she threatened his life<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
