In a separate post via her Instagram Story, Hudgens revealed that she popped a blood vessel during the delivery. \u201cLabor: Poppin out babies and blood vessels lol,\u201d she captioned a selfie.<\/p>\n
Hudgens announced in July that she and Tucker, now 29, were expecting their second baby, sharing photos of the pair showing off her baby bump. \u201cRound two!!!!\u201d she wrote via Instagram at the time.<\/p>\n
