Boy George wants to over-indulge<\/p>\n
The Karma Chameleon hitmaker is planning to sit down to a hearty meal on 25 December and knows he will regret his vow to \u201ceast as much as [he] can\u201d later.<\/p>\n
He exclusively told BANG Showbiz of his plans: \u201cTo eat as much as I can, fall over in prime, wish I never done it\u2026I mean that\u2019s what Christmas is about, \u2018Omg I can\u2019t believe I ate that, another potato.\u2019 That\u2019s what I\u2019ll be doing.\u201d<\/p>\n
George got into the festive spirit early thanks to his role as the Ghost of Christmas Future in new movie Karma Christmas and he was thrilled with the part he was offered.<\/p>\n
He said: \u201cI\u2019d much rather be the ghost of the future than some old tired old has-been. Bitter old ghost with vinegar and soggy pants, I like being the future, what it could be, if you change your mind, what could happen.\u201d <\/p>\n
\nMeanwhile, the 64-year-old star recently hit out at the double standards in society, whereby individuals are exposed to sexual and graphic content online and in entertainment each day, yet some people are aghast if they see a woman breast-feeding their baby in public.<\/p>\n
\nHe added: “It\u2019s a strange thing at the moment. We live in this over exposed world where no one is the same as anyone, sexual things, personal things, nothing is hidden, and yet people are upset if they see a bit of penis or an exposed breast \u2013 that\u2019s were we all come from. <\/p>\n
\n“I don\u2019t understand the disgust we have for our own bodies for watching people breast feed.”<\/p>\n
\nThe Culture Club singer is also concerned about the rise in hatred towards minority groups.<\/p>\n
\nHe said: “Never more in my life have I understood that we are individuals. Diversity is a fact of life, it\u2019s not a discovery, everyone is acting like they\u2019ve discovered it, it\u2019s a fact. No one is the same as anyone. <\/p>\n
\n“I think the conversation is insane at the moment when there are so many things we can be focusing on. <\/p>\n
\n“I am a hippie, I want everyone to get on with each other, have fun. Nothing too scary.\u201d<\/p>\n
