A romance fit for a love song. Carrie Underwood<\/strong><\/a> and husband Mike Fisher<\/strong><\/a> have been sweeping each other off of their feet since 2008 \u2014 and are still as in love as ever.<\/p>\n The duo tied the knot in July 2010<\/a> after the Canadian hockey player popped the question in December 2009. Five years into their marriage, the couple welcomed their first child together, son Isaiah<\/a>, and it didn\u2019t take long for the pair to set their sights on expanding their family even further.<\/p>\n \u201cEveryone around [Carrie] knows she wants a big family, and they\u2019re always trying for another baby,\u201d a source told Us Weekly<\/em> exclusively in February 2018. \u201cCarrie and Mike have a great life and a very strong marriage<\/a> \u2014 one that their friends envy. They are completely committed to each other and in it for the long run.\u201d<\/p>\n Six months later, the \u201cTwo Black Cadillacs\u201d singer announced via Instagram that she and Fisher were expecting another child. \u201cYay! Mike, Isaiah and I are absolutely over the moon and excited to be adding another little fish to our pond<\/a>,\u201d Underwood wrote at the time. \u201cThis has just been a dream come true.\u201d Their second little boy, Jacob<\/a>, arrived in January 2019.<\/p>\n While the happy couple reveled in the gift<\/a> of their two sons, the American Idol<\/em> alum later revealed that her pregnancy journey wasn\u2019t always easy. Before the birth of her second child, Underwood opened up about suffering three miscarriages<\/a> in the span of two years.<\/p>\n \u201cI had always been afraid to be angry. Because we are so blessed,\u201d she said on CBS Sunday Morning<\/em> in September 2018. \u201cI\u2019m like, \u2018If we can never have any other kids, that\u2019s OK, because [Isaiah] is amazing.\u2019 And I have this amazing life. Like, really, what can I complain about? I can\u2019t. I have an incredible husband, incredible friends, an incredible job, an incredible kid. Can I be mad? No.\u201d<\/p>\n Throughout her frustrating road to motherhood, the \u201cCry Pretty\u201d singer always had her husband by her side.
