Amanda Bynes<\/strong><\/a> says she\u2019s lost nearly 30 pounds after using Ozempic.<\/span><\/p>\n

The former actress, 39, shared a photo of herself via Instagram Stories<\/a> on Monday, December 22, writing, \u201cI usually don\u2019t like paparazzi pictures bc I was 180lbs but now I\u2019ve lost 28lbs on ozempic! I\u2019m down to 152lbs. I know I still look big but this photo is really inspiring to me!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The snapshot showed Bynes wearing ripped jeans and a Lady Gaga<\/strong> T-shirt while walking on a sidewalk. She carried a ladylike blue handbag, but otherwise kept it California casual.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Back in September, the Nickelodeon alum publicly debuted a new two-toned, platinum-and-black hair color<\/span><\/a> in Los Angeles that harkened back to the early 2000s.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

And in August, she showed off a fuller pout<\/span><\/a> via Instagram, captioning her post, \u201cLip injections by @body.byem <3.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Bynes, 38, took to Instagram Stories on Tuesday, November 5, to share a screenshot of her day\u2019s total step count and precisely how much weight she has shed. \u201cDown 6lbs! 154lbs now \ud83d\ude31,\u201d Bynes captioned the screenshot, which also [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cI literally couldn\u2019t stand my appearance in [Easy A<\/i>] and I didn\u2019t like my performance,\u201d she told the outlet in 2018. <\/span>\u201cI was absolutely convinced<\/span> I needed to stop acting after seeing it.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

She added, \u201cI was high on marijuana when I saw that but for some reason it really started to affect me. I don\u2019t know if it was a drug-induced psychosis or what, but it affected my brain in a different way than it affects other people. It absolutely changed my perception of things.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Bynes\u2019 issues with substance abuse and mental health have made headlines since 2012 after a series of arrests that led to her being hospitalized on a 5150 psychiatric hold. She spent five months in rehab in 2013.<\/span><\/p>\n
