The Oscar-winning actress has enjoyed a hugely successful career in Hollywood, and Jennifer feels fortunate that she doesn’t take her work home with her.<\/p>\n
She told Variety: “My bad habit is I\u2019m so good at letting go at the end of the day, that I don\u2019t think about the next day. And then it\u2019s a mad scramble in the hair and makeup trailer.”<\/p>\n
Jennifer, 35, thinks her approach is beneficial for her personal life. However, she acknowledges that it can make her work life more stressful than it needs to be.<\/p>\n
She said: “It\u2019s great for my life. It makes me not go crazy, but the next morning is hell. <\/p>\n
\n“With Silver Linings, I had a scene where I\u2019m just yelling nothing but sports stats to Bob De Niro and it\u2019s obviously hard to memorise. It\u2019s just numbers and sports, which I don\u2019t care about. I didn\u2019t know that I had to do that until the day of, and it\u2019s Robert De Niro and I\u2019m like, ‘I\u2019m not going to f****** waste Robert de Niro\u2019s time.’ So that\u2019s an example of a really bad thing to do.”<\/p>\n
\nMeanwhile, Jennifer previously admitted that she suffered self-doubts before giving birth to her first child.<\/p>\n
\nThe Hollywood star conceded that she didn’t know what to expect from motherhood and how she would cope with the challenge of raising her child.<\/p>\n
\nJennifer – who has Cy, three, and a son called Louie, who was born earlier this year – told Vogue magazine: “It\u2019s so scary to talk about motherhood. Only because it\u2019s so different for everybody.<\/p>\n
\n“If I say, It was amazing from the start, some people will think, It wasn\u2019t amazing for me at first, and feel bad. Fortunately I have so many girlfriends who were honest. Who were like, It\u2019s scary. You might not connect right away. You might not fall in love right away. So I felt so prepared to be forgiving.<\/p>\n
\n“I remember walking with one of my best friends at, like, nine months, and being like, ‘Everyone keeps saying that I will love my baby more than my cat. But that\u2019s not true. Maybe I\u2019ll love him as much as my cat?'”<\/p>\n
