There is reportedly a suicide watch in place)<\/p>\n<p>If convicted, Nick could face life in prison without the possibility of parole. He could also potentially face the death penalty.<\/p>\n<p>The LA County District Attorney\u2019s Office shared that they will take the \u201cthoughts and desires of the family into consideration\u201d when determining which sentence to seek at trial.<\/p>\n<p>This is going to be a painful process for the Reiners no matter what.
