In almost impressive fashion, Trump then managed to bring up the old chatter that Russia colluded with Trump to help him win the 2026 general election.<\/p>\n
\u201c[He said] that I was a friend of Russia, controlled by Russia. You know, it was the Russia hoax, he was one of the people behind it,\u201d the Commander-in-Chief added of Rob Reiner. \u201cI think he hurt himself, career-wise. He became like a deranged person \u2014 Trump Derangement Syndrome.<\/p>\n
\u201cSo I was not a fan of Rob Reiner at all, in any way, shape or form. \u201cA very sad thing happened last night in Hollywood,\u201d Trump wrote. <\/p>\n
\u201cRob Reiner, a tortured and struggling, but once very talented movie director and comedy star, has passed away, together with his wife, Michele, reportedly due to the anger he caused others through his massive, unyielding, and incurable affliction with a mind crippling disease known as TRUMP DERANGEMENT SYNDROME, sometimes referred to as TDS.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe was known to have driven people CRAZY by his raging obsession of President Donald J. Trump with his obvious paranoia reaching new heights as the Trump Administration surpassed all goals and expectations of greatness, and with the Golden Age of America upon us, perhaps like never before. <\/p>\n

The gruesome discovery led responding officers to determine that the Reiners \u201cwere the victims of homicide,\u201d according to a Los Angeles Police Department press release issued on December 15.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe investigation further revealed that Nick Reiner, the 32-year-old son of Robert and Michele Reiner, was responsible for their deaths,\u201d authorities continued in their statement. \u201cHe was booked for murder and remains in custody with no bail.\u201d<\/p>\n
In the wake of this tragedy, Rob\u2019s oldest daughter Tracy Reiner \u2014 who he adopted during his relationship with late ex-wife Penny Marshall \u2014 said she had seen her father at a family gathering the day before his passing.<\/p>\n
\u201cI came from the greatest family ever,\u201d she told NBC News. \u201cI don\u2019t know what to say. I\u2019m in shock.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
