Hell to the yeah,\u201d the voiceover states.<\/p>\n<p>Again, he did not directly refer to Demi during the post.<\/p>\n<p>But, in context, it certainly sounds like he\u2019s referring to the lawsuit that he just filed.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" data-instgrm-permalink=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/DR76oI0k7F1\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;utm_campaign=loading\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2025\/12\/05\/marciano-brunette-sues-demi-engemann-defamation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">lawsuit against Demi<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The filing accuses the <em>The Secret Lives of Mormon Wive<\/em>s star of defamation.<\/p>\n<p>He also alleges that the Hulu series itself has damaged his reputation by calling him a \u201csexual predator\u201d and accusing him of sexual assault, both of which he denies.<\/p>\n<p>Relatedly, Marciano is suing <em>SLOMW <\/em>producer Jeff Jenkins for damages. <\/p>\n<p>He accuses the show of only showing Demi\u2019s side aware, Demi Engemann spoke throughout <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2025\/10\/the-secret-lives-of-mormon-wives-season-3-trailer-is-momtok-finished\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Season 3<\/a> about her sexual assault allegations against Marciano Brunette.<\/p>\n<p>In August of 2024, they were both filming <em>Vanderpump Villa<\/em> in Italy.<\/p>\n<p>Marciano claims that he and Demi merely shared a kiss off-camera, which he says was consensual.<\/p>\n<p>He says that Demi has intentionally mischaracterized this as sexual misconduct. <\/p>\n<p>Her motive, he alleges, was to give herself a <em>SLOWM <\/em>storyline.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><noscript><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"575\" claims that he possesses text messages from Demi following their filming in Italy.<\/p>\n<p>That said, he says that their ongoing communication should debunk her allegations of sexual assault.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat behavior confirms a continued relationship, not a person reacting to sexual assault,\u201d Marciano argues in the filing.<\/p>\n<p>He also alleges that the allegations have harmed his career.<\/p>\n<p>Marciano claims that he was going to appear on <em>Perfect Match<\/em>, only to find out that casting was going \u201cin a different direction.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure Villa was so consensual, she was so for it,\u201d Marciano Brunette claimed of Demi Engemann on <a href=\"https:\/\/podcasts.apple.com\/us\/podcast\/marciano-addresses-mormon-wives-cheating-jessi-demi\/id1556405287?i=1000740309451\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the <em>Boyfriend Material <\/em>podcast<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll of the flirtatiousness was mainly on her part and I was just feeding into it,\u201d he alleged.<\/p>\n<p>Marciano has also claimed that Demi has changed her story, and implied that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2024\/08\/demi-engemann-husband-mormon-wives\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Demi\u2019s marriage<\/a> is a motive in what he calls false allegations.<\/p>\n<p>We do not know how this court battle will end. Only time will tell, though perhaps we will all see the evidence that comes out in court.<\/p>\n<p>In the meantime \u2026 we are not Marciano\u2019s attorney.
