Kimora Lee Simmons<\/strong><\/a> is sharing her real opinion on her daughter previously dating a man 40 years older<\/a>.<\/p>\n The 50-year-old reality star visited the Not Skinny But Not Fat<\/a><\/em> podcast this week and revealed her thoughts on daughter Aoki Lee<\/strong><\/a> dating a the much older restaurateur Vittorio Assaf<\/strong>. Aoki<\/strong> was 21 when they began dating, while Vittori<\/strong> was 65.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI let my kids make their own mistakes, like I said. That\u2019s the whole thing we were saying about living out your life in public, and I think that\u2019s very, very, very tough. I don\u2019t even think that was a moment for them, though. Or I should say the opposite. I think it was just that \u2014 a moment. I don\u2019t think it was anything else,\u201d Kimora<\/strong> told podcast host Amanda Hirsch<\/strong>.<\/p>\n She continued: \u201cI don\u2019t even know\u2026first of all, I know this guy. But I didn\u2019t know this guy in that capacity like with my kid or that you were even dating my kid. I know this guy growing up myself. He\u2019s a restauranteur. I don\u2019t know, I don\u2019t want to get into troubles legally but I think his reputation probably precedes him. Is that okay to say legally?\u201d<\/p>\n While the fashion designer says she was shocked by the relationship, she didn\u2019t say it that way \u201cbecause it was this fast\u201d she added, snapping her fingers to demonstrate.<\/p>\n \u201cAnd it blew up to be so much, so then you can\u2019t be the mom that\u2019s like, \u2018What the hell are you doing?\u2019 But that definitely was the thing,\u201d Kimora<\/strong> added.<\/p>\n \u201cBut it went from 0 to 100 really quick, and I was like, \u2018Aoki<\/strong>, I didn\u2019t even know this was a thing.\u2019 I found out when the world found out,\u201d she admitted. \u201cSo that was what was so shocking. And you can\u2019t say as a mom, and I\u2019ve learned all these crazy things. You can\u2019t give the, \u2018I told you so,\u2019 right now. You can\u2019t give the, \u2018What the hell are you doing\u2019 right now. You can\u2019t give those things right now.\u201d<\/p>\n Ultimately, Kimora<\/strong> shared that she found the \u201cbig age gap relationship\u201d to be \u201cpredatorial.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cIt was a lot. But I do think in general, of those kinds of things, I feel like and having gone through not exactly the same but similar\u2026that big age gap relationship, let\u2019s just call it that,\u201d said the mom-of-five. \u201cI do think it\u2019s predatorial. We said all of that to get to what Kimora<\/strong> thinks about it.
