Former Home Improvement<\/em> star Zachery Ty Bryan<\/strong> has been arrested for the sixth time in five years alongside his fianc\u00e9e, Johnnie Faye Cartwright<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Bryan, 44, was taken into police custody on Saturday, November 29 in Eugene, Oregon for allegedly violating his probation from his prior domestic violence conviction, according to jail records viewed by Life & Style<\/em>.<\/p>\n The former child star is currently being held without bail at Lane County Jail. He is scheduled to be released on Wednesday, December 3.<\/p>\n Cartwright was also arrested and booked at the same jail, where she is facing five charges that include one count of driving under the influence, three counts of reckless endangering and one count of attempted first-degree assault. He was most recently arrested in January when he faced second-degree domestic violence charges from Myrtle Beach police in South Carolina.<\/p>\n The police report said that a woman \u201cstated that she was assaulted\u201d by Bryan and that the two \u201clive together and have children in common,\u201d according to People<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n The woman told the arresting officer that Bryan \u201cchoked her and punched her in the face multiple times,\u201d adding that there were \u201cothers\u201d involved who were \u201cinside the home during the incident.\u201d<\/p>\n The victim of the incident has not been publicly named, though he was in a relationship with Cartwright at the time and they share three children. He pleaded guilty to felony assault in the fourth degree and was sentenced to serve seven days in jail, Lane County\u2019s chief deputy district attorney Chris Parosa<\/strong> confirmed to People<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n The district attorney added that Bryan\u2019s second count was dismissed as a term of a \u201cnegotiated resolution.\u201d While he could have faced 19 to 20 months in jail, Parosa said he received a \u201cdownward dispositional departure to 36 months of supervised probation, 7 days jail, standard domestic violence conditions, no contact with the victim without the probation officer\u2019s approval.\u201d<\/p>\n Bryan\u2019s probation sentence in connection to the 2023 arrest does not expire until October 2026, according to KEZI<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n He was also arrested in 2020 for allegedly strangling his then-girlfriend at a home in Oregon.
