Sydney Sweeney<\/strong><\/a> delivered full holiday glam at the New York City premiere of The Housemaid<\/em> on December 2 \u2014 and yes, as per usual, the dress absolutely stole the show.<\/p>\n

The actress hit the carpet in a sparkling silver gown that shimmered under every camera flash. The curve-hugging, corset-style look was covered in rhinestones and finished with a soft white-feather\u2013trimmed train, giving the whole moment a luxe, Old Hollywood feel. And because Sydney is never one to shy away from drama, she topped it off with a fluffy feather boa.<\/p>\n

She also surprised fans by ditching her recent bob for long, voluminous blonde curls that fell over her shoulders. Paired with her icy glam \u2014 black liner, frosted eyeshadow, and glossy pink lips \u2014 Sydney described her look perfectly, telling reporters she wanted to resemble a \u201csparkly Christmas light.\u201d<\/p>\n

On the carpet, Sydney posed alongside her costar Amanda Seyfried<\/strong><\/a>, who matched the glam energy in a baby-pink gown, diamond choker and soft, vintage-inspired waves. Together, they looked like a glamorous holiday card brought to life.<\/p>\n

In The Housemaid,<\/em> adapted from Freida McFadden<\/strong>\u2019s bestselling thriller, Sydney plays a young woman who becomes employed by a wealthy couple \u2014 portrayed by Amanda and Brandon Sklenar<\/strong> \u2014 only to realize the luxurious job isn\u2019t what it appears to be.<\/p>\n

Off-screen, though, Sydney and Amanda are far from tense. Sydney couldn\u2019t help but gush about her costar during an interview with Access Hollywood.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cShe\u2019s my everything. I love her so much. She is someone whom I hope I can work with for the rest of my life. She\u2019s so kind, she\u2019s so funny. I truly love her, and she\u2019s just been there for me this year in a way that no one really has opened my eyes to so much, and I just really appreciate her. I love that she\u2019s so real,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

She even shared a sweet moment the pair had earlier that day. \u201cToday we were talking about what our first dishes are when we wake up Christmas morning. We both said cinnamon rolls at the same time,\u201d she revealed. \u201cThere are so many moments where we\u2019re just like, were we separated at birth?\u201d<\/p>\n

As for whether her friends and family are prepared for the movie\u2019s darker twists, Sydney says they\u2019re more than ready. \u201cThey\u2019ve read it, they\u2019re so excited. I feel like I don\u2019t have to prep them and don\u2019t want to, because it\u2019s more fun to be surprised by the reaction.\u201d<\/p>\n
