The Sapphire Reserve includes several statement credits<\/a>, automatic elite status and high points earning in exchange for a $795 annual fee.<\/p>\n

Plus, new applicants for the Sapphire Reserve can check their eligibility<\/a> to see if they’re targeted for an elevated offer to earn up to 175,000 points after spending $6,000 in the first three months. (The standard public offer is 125,000 points for the same spending requirement.)<\/p>\n

You must check to see if you’re eligible for the 175,000 point offer via the Chase pre-qualification widget \u2014 this offer is only available via this tool. There is no impact to your credit score.<\/p>\n

Am I eligible for the Chase Sapphire Reserve bonus?<\/h2>\n

If you’re applying for a Chase card<\/a>, you’ll want to know some notable eligibility rules for welcome bonuses<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A representative from Chase confirmed the following to TPG: “You will be able to have both the Sapphire Reserve<\/a> and the Chase Sapphire Preferred\u00ae Card<\/a><\/span> (see rates and fees<\/a>). New account bonus offer eligibility for either card will be based on factors including previously earned bonus offers and the number of cards opened and closed, among others.”<\/p>\n

If you have previously received a Sapphire Reserve welcome bonus, you will not be eligible to receive another Sapphire Reserve welcome bonus. Even if it’s been years since you received a welcome bonus on a particular Sapphire card, you most likely will not be eligible to earn another bonus on that same<\/em> Sapphire card.<\/p>\n
