Adult content creator Lily Phillips<\/strong><\/a> is getting candid about what part of her body she\u2019d want to change \u2014 and it may not be what you think.<\/p>\n

When fellow OnlyFans creator Annie Knight<\/strong><\/a> asked about her \u201cbiggest insecurity,\u201d Phillips, 24, replied, \u201cIt\u2019s gotta be the long toes.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThat is the next surgery I want is having my toes shortened,\u201d Phillips said in an Instagram<\/a> video shared via Knight\u2019s account on Wednesday, December 3. \u201cI actually didn\u2019t realize [it] was a surgery. But it is.\u201d<\/p>\n

Phillips pulled back the curtain on her various cosmetic procedures in September, sharing that she had her eye on a surgery involving her toes.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tAdult content creator Lily Phillips is getting candid about the plastic surgery procedures she has undergone \u2014 and their price tags. \u201cToday I\u2019m going to be doing a surgery tour. I don\u2019t think I\u2019ve really spoken in depth about all the surgeries I\u2019ve had done,\u201d Phillips said in a YouTube video earlier this month. \u201cThere [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cObviously there are a lot of future surgeries that I would want,\u201d she said in a YouTube video at the time. \u201cIt\u2019s every other week I\u2019m like, \u2018Oh, maybe, I should get that done. Maybe I need to get my boobs done.\u2019 But the one thing I am really set on getting done is actually toe surgery.\u201d<\/p>\n

In Phillips\u2019 eyes, she has the \u201clongest toes\u201d and wants them to be shortened. \u201cI know some people are going to think that\u2019s really extreme,\u201d she said, \u201cbut it\u2019s just something I\u2019ve always hated throughout my whole entire life. These feet have been the bane of my existence.\u201d<\/p>\n

Phillips went on to reveal that she had undergone a labiaplasty in 2021, which cost her about $6,700, and a chin implant.<\/p>\n

\u201cObviously, a lot of people tend to get chin filler, and I got that for a few years but it would dissolve or it would migrate,\u201d she said in a YouTube video at the time, explaining that the doctor suggested she receive a chin implant. The procedure ended up being a \u201cwhopping 14,000 pounds,\u201d which is roughly $18,900.<\/a><\/p>\n

The \u201conly problem\u201d Phillips had was \u201cquite a lot of swelling,\u201d adding, \u201cIt kind of froze my jaw for a bit. I don\u2019t know really how to explain it.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tAdult content creator Annie Knight is pulling back the curtain on her $62,000 cosmetic journey. The Australian OnlyFans star, 28, exclusively told Us Weekly that she initially began receiving filler in her lips in 2020 \u2014 she said she had been \u201cso insecure\u201d about her \u201creally small lips\u201d since she was 10 years old \u2014 [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Phillips also underwent liposuction in 2021, explaining that the surgery \u201cdid take quite a bit of time to settle.\u201d She wanted an \u201cab sketching look\u201d to define her stomach, while also taking fat out of her lower back.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was just the first surgery that I had done<\/a> though that was quite painful,\u201d she said. \u201cI did struggle a little bit with the recovery.\u201d<\/p>\n

Phillips went on to pay about 12,000 pounds, roughly $16,000, and is \u201cfairly happy\u201d with the results.<\/p>\n
